On the outside, is stamped "8465-242-7860  HANDCUFFS  1 EA.  A-9/67".  This offer includes the handcuffs, two keys, and the box.  Everything is in working order.  The handcuffs do not appear to have been used.  It looks like amy marks on them are from laying in the box for years.  Place a Bid!
