We hand craft timber frames, barns, trusses, custom designed frames, pergolas and more!   NEW FEATURE FRAME www.wardtimberframes.com,  Telephone (603)835-2313, Email wardtimberframes@aol.com The featured frame is a Queen Post 30 x 42 cut in pine timbers.  It has our signature-curved braces, a 6-foot knee wall, and a lofted area over two 14 foot bays. The remaining 14-foot bay is left open for a cathedral great room area.  The usable square footage of this frame is 2100 @ $21.00 per sq. ft. for a price of $44,100.00. The 8 x 14 "Entry Frame" shown is an additional $2,500.00.  This frame can also be used as a free standing gazebo or pergola.
