Description
You are bidding on a Thousand Trails/NACO Leisure Time Resorts National Membership/PLATINUM/ALLIANCE. You can pay $549.95/year dues for 50 nights free camping, after which you pay $2.00/night for camping. You can stay 21 continuous nights in any one preserve before having to move. You can also opt to pay the higher annual fee of $1,016/yr for full-time privileges which let you stay unlimited nights no charge, but you still are limited to the number of continuous days in any one park (limit is 21 days, but you can go from park to park so you can stay within the system.) The ALLIANCE membership also has the benefit of being able to book reservations 150 days in advance whereas normal memberships are limited to 90 day advance booking. The campground membership is nationwide. Campgrounds are clean and safe and promote a wonderful family atmosphere. Thousand Trails is the largest private system of RV camping and outdoor preserves in America. Their properties are known as preserves because they strive to protect the nature and beauty of the natural environment. A one-time transfer fee of $459.45 must be paid by the buyer to Thousand Trails (and is not included in your bid). Yearly dues are currently $549.95 (for the 50 night option), and may be paid either annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly. This membership has dues paid up through December, 2008. Parks feature large family and adult swimming pools, spas, hiking trails, lodges, lakes, miniature golf, basketball courts, playgrounds, game room, crafts, fishing and boating, barbeque pits, restroom and shower facilities, laundry facilities at most properties, and numerous daily planned activities in which you may participate as little or as much as you prefer. Campsites offer electrical, water, and sewer connections for RVs.
