It is a "Tac 6 Plus HP" level IIIA vest. The color of the vest and all the pockets is BLACK. This vest auction includes the ballistic level III bulletproof panels AND the bulletproof level III bicep protectors that cover the upper arms. This auction also includes tactical pouches made for this vest, two long arm magazine pouches, one handcuff pouch, two utility pouches 4X8 inches with zipper opening and one universal radio carrier. The vest has snap and velcro covering on the front and back to allow the pockets to be mounted anywhere. The bicep protectors have velcro on them also to allow for placards to be put on both arms.  The vest has hard armor pockets front and back to upgrade it to level 4 protection. The ballistic material is "Kevlar Gold", a lightweight level IIIA material.
