This set is in excellent condition. Beautiful!!! Case is perfect and has a bed loop on the back side. Has beautiful gold decoratives on front and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 embossed inside front lid flap. Held by elastic bands are three silver containers...2 rectangular and one round cylinder. All the containers have religious symbols engraved on them. Inside of two are the plastic holders for the bread and the two silver cups. The round silver holder is for the wine container.  Set is approximately 4 inches wide by 4 inches tall by 1.5 inches deep. Almost no bigger than a wallet. (In fact, inside the display case, I thought it WAS an interesting wallet.) I searched for information about this set and found none. I know nothing of its age or maker. It is extremely nice.
