They will wrap 4 times and fasten around a wrist up to about 8", wrap twice and fasten around the neck, choker length - about 15", or can be fastened larriat-style as one loop with a 'tail'.The significance and power of the number 108 - or the cosmic 216 - is vast and complex, but suffice it to say that meditating on each of the beads with a mantra or prayer, or just counting breaths can be very beneficial.
