WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE As a parent of a child who has Autism, no Corpus Callosum (brain message center), no Septum Pellicium and a Brain Tumor, I was introduced too Mayer-Johnson by several therapist, when my son could not speak a word. Needless to say we got the software, it retails for $500.00. Every Penny is worth it. We started out with pictures, we then moved to pictures and one word, then we moved to pictures and 2 words, 3 words..until we had a sentence on each pecs. I would recommend this to any parent. ANY, regardless if there typical developing or delayed. Our daughter who is typical would greatly enjoy participating, seeing what was next, and having choices as well, helped 100% she knew what the day consisted of, never tantrumed, never sat on time out, she just joined right in with our son and his system. This system works so good that when we moved last November we decided not to velcro our home again, take down the charts and schedules and try it without. Needless to say this software gave our children the tools they needed and was no longer needing this. We moved it, we kept it, and today marks a year since our move and we have not needed it. I feel 100% certain this served all its purpose in our home. Yes, easily could use to make games forever on etc... but it could serve a much bigger purpose, to help other children. Again I would recommend it to ANYone. Of course we continue with speech therapy, but PECS is no longer needed. Wow, coming from a mom who thought 2 years ago her son would never be able to talk with me or ask me for a drink without pulling me to it or bringing me it. PLEASE use this with your child, you will not be sorry. It saddens me so much to see a non verbal child, they have so much to say but cant without the proper tools. We have Windows XP at home.
