I have a nine year old little boy and a 18 year old step daughter.I have been in the nursing field since I was 18.I work for one of the local Hospices in my area. I love my patients and their families. I feel so blessed that I can touch so many lives in their deepest darkest moments and make a real difference for my patients and the love ones they leave behind. I also work part time in a rehabilitation nursing home and I enjoy that as well.My husband became ill in 2001. He has a disease called Familial adenomatous polyposis (F.A.P ) in short bowel cancer . He is closely monitored by his doctors. My 9 year old son just was diagnosed with the same thing and already has polyps we are waiting on the pathology report (JUST CAME BACK ALL OF THEM PRE CANCER SO HIS % OF GETTING COLON AND BOWEL CANCER IS 100% now we need to figure out the best course of action)****************Thank you for the offers and well wishes.****************************************************************************** Heres an update. My son has just had one major surgery he is 9. He had his colon and rectum and some of his bowel removed. He now has an ileostomy. Its devastating as a parent to see your child go through this. His next surgery will be Aug 29. He will be in the hospital for 5-7 days. Im not sure what will happen after that surgery So its more important than ever for me to sell. He is requiring alot of medical attention. We have lots of appointments The hospital is 2 hrs away. Lots of missed work and sleepless night because of the discomfort. So if you are thinking of buying this you are gaining everything in this world I have worked so hard for plus giving my family my son especially a new life as you will be buying our old one. Of course his disease not included I would never wish this on anyone!!! GOD bless you all!!! so we are consulting with the cleveland clinic and really need to sell and down size. I want my baby boy to get the best care and I need money to travel if nessasary. Please dont feel bad for me. We are OK but wanted to offer what We have to benefit our family. Material things really dont much matter at this point..I have been asked the reason we are doing this. Well its not to get rich or to gain a financial windfall, Its simply to be able to downsize. I hold a mortgage and A car note that would have to be paid off to transfer the property and car, plus I would need enough to buy a small home and after all thats done the rest will be put away to make sure my husband and my son get proper treatment.This disease is hereditary and will require close monitoring. This is disease is rare I need to make sure we have the right Dr's on board who are familiar with F.A.P. or my son and husband could die as it will 100% be fatal without treatment. I have been asked about the room sizes so I will try to answer that question. There are 4 bed rooms. The master is very large. My grandfather lived with us until he passed. He used the bedroom as a livingroom and the sitting room off the master as his bedroom so it was like an inlaw apartment with his own private bath. Then the other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the house They are roomy all can fit a full size bed and all have decent closets. The front living room is a good size fits a sectional couch plus a large screen tv and still has room. The dinning room is also a good size it has plenty of room. The kitchen is spacious and the family room is also a good size with a fireplace. The master bathroom is very roomy. The second bathroom is a full bath and is on the small size but functions just fine. The utility room is huge for a laundry room I think. The Sun/Florida room is a great size (its fun to watch thunder storms out there). So I hope I have answered this as best I can Its a very Large place on a great private lot. It is a mobil/modular home however its not in a trailer park its on its own land. No deed restrictions so you can do anything you want. I love it but the sheer size is to much. Ok enough of that What I am offering is my beautiful non smoking (the house has never been smoked in) home in Crystal river(8-9 miles from the gulf of Mexico) Fl 34429 and all furnishings, electronics (TV'S computer, PS3 XBOX 360 ect.). A big screen JVC TV with two side towers to hold the DVD player and cable box game systems.Next room is the dining room with a beautiful dining room table with six chairs and a glass and wood lighted hutch. Then the Kitchen features a kitchen island, lots of cabinets with pot drawers, dishwasher, ceramic top stove with warming drawer, microwave, side by side fridge with ice and water on the door all black. Next is a family room with a wood burning fireplace, two wing back chairs built in book shelve with a 13” inch TV. Nice little feature because it fits perfectly on the shelve. A computer desk with computer and printer (windows xp) Then off the family room is a French door that leads to a large fully enclosed florida room with windows, with a air hockey table and 2 loveseats (would fit a pool table ) This room has its own heat and air unit.Off the family room at the end is a large utility/laundry room with built in cabinets and a deep laundry sink counter and front loading washer and dryer. The master bath is almost completely redone. Large soaker tub, separate shower double sinks a linen closet.The master bedroom features a large king sleigh bed with matching triple dresser and nightstands and high dresser. Off the master bedroom is a sitting room with a tv and a blue couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a very large closetThe other bathroom is a full bath tub/shower combo.The other three bedrooms are good size with good closet space. Two of them have day beds in them dressers and TVs and fresh paint. The other bedroom has a beautiful full size bed and dresser and TV as well.There is a large front porch with patio furniture on it. One side is a ramp (this home is very handicap accessible)there is a fenced concrete area thats very private great for dining or a private sun bathing area thats a blank space right now I havent figured out what I am going to put there. One the other side is stairs that leads to a 24’ above ground poolIn the far corner of the property is a 2 car pole barn great for extra storage atvs or boats. 2 Sheds one with semi electric. A large concrete patio with a gas grill and a carport. The yard is privacy fenced.Why am I doing this well its simple I want to downsize to a small 3 bedroom home about 1 half this size.. My furniture will be too big for my next home.This home is located in Crystal river Fl. (gulf coast) it’s a great location, 2 miles to rocker crusher canyon, 9-10 miles from the Gulf (beach and boat ramps either river or ocean)1 hour to Tampa international airport, 1 ½ hour from the sponge docks in Tarpon springs (you must go there its so cool), 2 1/2 hours to Disney.2 1/2 hrs to dayton beach, There is so much to do here This area of Fl we live in is centrally located to tons of fun things. of course you have all the theme parks, but there is diving lessons boat rentals, swimming with the manatees, great beaches, (10 miles from the gulf) lots of local restaurants on the water shopping, water parks, ect its all here...You know I have learned that at the end of the day it does not matter how much money you have. Who you know What does matter is how you live your life.I have worked my knuckles to the bone to provide for my family many long weeks and double shifts. If this sells I can cut back and just work my Hospice job and really spend the time I want to with my family. This is not a pity party or me begging for help I do just fine and feel very blessed I am able to work to provide for my family. If it does not sell we will be fine So If you have the extra money and want a great home and beautiful furnishing (all you need is to bring you clothes) that was built with lots of love and has a great ora about it then this is for you.
