It was prepared based on Micromash MBE Review 2004 when I took the bar exam, and then preciously redone/updated using 2008 BarBri Multistate MBE Review long book. Now, it is actually Barbri 2008 Barbri Outlines. Outlines covers the most testable topics on the exam, but it is highly recommended to listen to all CDs and read another review - comprehensive material that you might have to gain substantive knowledge of black-letter law. You can change font to whatever you like the most, and print them out. Edition (publication date): last available - most recent version, used for PMBR courses for July 2008 bar exam preparation. Original price - hundreds of dollars, dependable on the course you would take in person. PLEASE, READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. THERE IS NOT RETURN / REFUND AVAILABLE FOR THIS ITEM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Condition: Like new – almost unused. I bought it like new to prepare for the bar exam in another jurisdiction. Due to family reasons and time constraint, I decided not to take the second exam. All CDs are still like new, I looked through all CDs, and I put all of them in the player to check that they all show contents, titles, etc. I actually listened only once to three or four CD lectures from Constitutional law subject. Defect: The paper insert is damaged on top of pages (making difficult to read a few words.) I am selling it the way I bought it. It is visible, but almost all info are still readable (except a few words on top on some of pages.) The insert contains the list of covered topics; however, every lecture has its title on CD as well. I already scanned and corrected insert pages for myself, and I provide it in the listing. So what you see below under Topis Covered heading, is actually whay you can see in the insert. And in my opionion, you will not need to actually use the inserts at all. Recommendation: A great tool for bar exam preparation in connection with Rigos Primer Series MBE Review Course Volume 1 & 2 binders with 2 CDs - please, see my another listing. I used it for constitutional law, and it was great. Note: You can expect great comprehensive lectures with a lot of helpful tips for the exam. You can create MP3 files to be able to listen to lectures on your MP3 player or iPod.
